
Two-step bust massage:
- Massage from the center of the chest towards the sides, passing under the breasts (3 times), then above the breasts (3 times).
- Smooth the décolleté by moving upwards from the top of the bust to the base of the neck (3 times).
Three-step stomach and waist massage:
- Use both hands to massage the entire stomach with circular movements (5 times).
- Massage with circular movements, starting at the hips and going around the waist (5 times).
- Finish with horizontal and vertical palpating and rolling motions, making sure to lift the flesh to facilitate drainage.
Three-step buttock and thigh massage:
- Massage the inner and outer thighs with circular movements (3 times), then rub with pressure from the knees to the top of the thighs (3 times).
- Massage with circular movements from the top of the thighs to the buttocks (3 times).
- Finish with horizontal and vertical palpating and rolling motions, making sure to lift the flesh to facilitate drainage.
