Serge Mansau has been inspired by a crystal drop to create a precious bottle, symbol of the encounter between shadow and light, between the bright sparkle of crystal and the deep mystery of black. Part of the sumptuous and romantic universe of this fascinating woman, this majestic and multi-faceted crystal drop glistens with infinitely enigmatic light reflections.
The subtle shading from the crystalline base to the dark cap, combined with the slender shape, imbues the bottle with both mystery and elevation. Supreme detail: like a precious little chain, the back of the bottle has been engraved with very fine droplets.
The Eau de Toilette Bottle:
Chic and unique in cut crystal, the pendant-shaped bottle plays with light like a prism, creating a reverse gradation ranging from pure white to blue. In the words of the painter Kandinsky, “Blue draws man towards the infinite and awakens in him a yearning for purity.” For bottle designer Serge Mansau, the idea behind the pendant was the original, astounding drop of water.
Soft freshness, absolutely transparent, white and crystal-clear at the peak, the glass sculpture darkens towards the base, turning a deeper and deeper blue, seeming to draw us into a mysterious abyss. The transparent cap reveals the brilliant flash of a blue metal spray button.
